Refund Policy

If you must cancel, we will be pleased to change your session time or rebook your reservation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (for parties of 8 or less). For changes to bookings for groups larger than 8 individuals, as well as for corporate and school groups or corporate events, we require a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice.

Réalité Virtuelle Zero Latency Montréal does not offer refunds for any reason.

Réalité Virtuelle Zero Latency Montréal reserves the right to cancel your session without notice. Rest assured that this would only happen in case of unplanned maintenance, malfunction or any event beyond our control. In case of such an unforeseen event, we will reschedule your session at our earliest mutual convenience.
