We recommend that you dress comfortably and wear appropriate footwear: avoid high heels and winter boots. Avoid mascara, too, as it may stain your virtual reality headset and blur your field of vision. A locker with a padlock will be provided for your personal belongings.
Glasses can damage your VR headset and therefore cannot be worn during the game. If you don’t have contact lenses, each of our virtual reality headsets offers the option of adjusting the focus of the screen from +1 to -3.8 dioptres.
To participate, you must be able to walk through the play area without assistance. Individuals with reduced vision in one eye may also play.
Players who arrive at their game under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to play. No refunds or credits will be issued under these circumstances.
For your safety, individuals with the following medical conditions will not be able to access the game:
- Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders
- Severe deafness or hearing loss
- Broken leg or arm
- Wheelchair users
Our VR experience is not recommended if any of these medical conditions apply to you:
- Heart problems
- Advanced pregnancy
